Carry one size - one side 3" longer? - bags for dogs to carry on plane
I am planning with my small dog (are traveling) with Lufthansa. My dogs are the bag with the dimensions of the compulsory area (very quiet), but one side of the bag.
SO 2 dimensions (width x length ar) compensation with a page 3 "more. Is this a problem?" Can I continue as the bag?

Bag size 18 x 11 x 11
